Penn State Strength and Fitness is looking for energetic, motivated, and dynamic fitness enthusiasts interested in learning to become PSU Fitness Instructors!
We offer a semester-long Instructor Training Program (ITP) designed to introduce the general principles of planning and instructing safe and effective group exercise classes.
The Instructor Training Program class meets four times per week. Days, times, and locations change with each semester (this course is generally offered during FALL and SPRING semesters only).
