Penn State Strength & Fitness provides a staff of student Trainers who are available to answer fitness questions, assist with exercises, and facilitate a safe work-out environment. All of our Trainers have completed an in-depth training program with the Strength & Fitness professionals. We are proud of the quality instruction and information that our Trainers deliver to participants.
Trainers are out on the Fitness Center floor for immediate assistance. If you are completely new to the gym, please ask a Trainer to show off their skills and show you around! Participants may also schedule a "Get Fit" session for additional one-on-one instruction. Sessions provide basic direction for a work-out plan and exercises to get you started with a program. Please inquire about "Get Fit" sessions at the Fitness Center check-in desks.
