The Penn State Strength and Fitness website is the place to go for all information relating to health and fitness opportunities for Penn State students, athletes, faculty and staff.

There are four, exclusive fitness facilities for Intercollegiate Athletes located on the Penn State campus: East Area Weight Room, Rec Hall Athletic Weight Room, Bryce Jordan Center Weight Room, and the Multi-sport Weight Room. Each of these facilities is equipped with state of the art equipment including: Barbells, dumbbells, plate loaded machines, selectorized weight lifting equipment, stair climbers, rowers, stationary bikes and tread mills. In addition, professional trainers provide intercollegiate athletes personalized weight training programs tailored to meet their goals.
