AGE GROUP TRAINING
Penn State Aquatics offers year-round training for competitive swimmers of all ages. Swimmers will receive the very best in training under the guidance of an experienced coaching staff, utilizing Penn State's extensive aquatics facilities.
Penn State Aquatics participants have the opportunity to compete in various swimming events throughtout the year as a part of Big Cat Aquatics. For more information on competing with Big Cat, please click here

ALL those who plan to participate (including try-out swimmers) in winter 2009 should fill out the registration form and send it to: PSAQ, C/O Rebecca Caylor McCoy Natatorium University Park PA 16802, or drop off in the "Registration" Form file in the file box at the towel desk in the Natatorium.
The program is available to age-group, high school, YMCA, seasonal, and masters swimmers who reside within 50 miles of University Park.
Participants will be encouraged to compete in swim meets run by United States Swimming, United States Masters Swimming, PIAA High School, YMCA, or other organizations.
The program provides training groups ranging from Novice swimmers who can swim 50 yards freestyle unassisted, through Senior and Masters swimmers with years of competitive swimming experience.
Private and small group lessons are also available
