Penn State Strength and Fitness
Penn State Strength and Fitenss manages four fitness centers located on the University Park campus. Any student or faculty/staff member can access these facilities with a valid Fitness Membership. These facilities offer an extensive array of strength and cardio equipment. In addition, there are a wide range of fitness classes available at the White Building.
