| As coach, I want to continue where we left of last season. A winning season is important, but it is not everything. I want to have all of the women on this team establish a team goal along with individual goals. As the season progresses, I want to help all of my players accomplish their individual goals, even if it is just to play during their first game. This will help us progress as a team and and reach our overall goal of winning another regional championship. |
