"The Bischoff Trophy" ~ FRATERNITY ALL-YEAR CHAMPION Defending Champion ... DELTA TAU DELTA Awarded to the Fraternity house that earns the highest point total of the year. Named after Eugene C. Bischoff, the "Father of Intramurals" at Penn State. The team or individual(s) representing each Fraternity will score points, according to the points system, toward the overall Fraternity champion. The championship house is presented with a trophy at the end of the spring semester. BONUS POINTS: Points awarded to teams or individuals that complete ALL scheduled games or matches. (i.e.: No Forfeits throughout the regular season & playoffs)

MATCH POINTS: Points awarded to teams or individuals for ANY victories of a scheduled game or match. (including all regular season and playoff games or matches)

• INDIVIDUAL SPORTS: A player MUST play at least one match to earn match points for any forfeit victories that are awarded to that player. A player who fails to play at least one match cannot earn any bonus points or match points.

CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS: Points awarded to champion & runner-up teams and individuals of tournaments. Additional championship points as follows:

• CROSS COUNTRY: Team title is determined by the total score of the top three runners from teams of 3 or 4 individuals (lowest score wins).
• GOLF: Golfers will receive 5 bonus points each for completing the round. A house may receive a maximum of 20 bonus points for its golfers. Additional points will be awarded to the top 5 teams (60, 40, 30, 20, 10) and the top 10 individuals (50, 30, 10 (3rd-10th)) (see championship points).
• SWIMMING: Team title is determined by the total points earned in all events. Individuals: 1st through 12th place in each event will receive championship points (15, 12, 10, 9, ...1). Teams: 1st and 2nd place teams will also receive championship points (60, 40).
• TRACK & FIELD: Team title is determined by the total points earned in all events. Individuals: 1st through 12th place in each event will receive championship points (15, 12, 10, 9, ...1). Teams: 1st and 2nd place teams will also receive championship points (60, 40).
• WRESTLING: Team title is determined by the total points earned from all match points and weight class placing. Wrestlers will receive match points as follows: 5 pts for a fall, 5 pts for a forfeit, and 3 pts for a decision. The top 4 wrestlers in each weight class will receive championship points (15, 10, 5, 5). 1st and 2nd place teams will also receive championship points (60, 40).
