The "FROM:" line MUST include your PSU E-MAIL ADDRESS
and may include your First & Last name.
Example: From: xyz123@psu.edu OR From: "Joe Sports" <xyz123@psu.edu>
No subject line or message is needed. Just send it !

Send us your name & the problem that you had & we'll add you to the list manually.

Send an e-mail FROM: your "psu.edu" address
TO: l-imsports-unsubscribe-request@lists.psu.edu
